Services for Children with Disabilities. The National Council for Persons with Physical Disabilities in South Africa (NCPPDSA) is a non-profit organisation and had been in existence since 1939. The NCPPDSA is the national umbrella for nine provincial associations with their 90 branches. The nine autonomous provincial associations constitute the Council. Public education and awareness.
