Tuesday, August 23, 2016. ND Senior Service Providers. Volunteers at both the Oakes and Ellendale Senior Centers are needed for many different tasks. Most volunteers choose to work one day per month. Here are some of the tasks that volunteers do:. Deliver home delivered meals in Ellendale and Oakes. We use two person teams, - one person drives, one person gets in and out of the vehicle (the deliverer). We need both drivers (that use their own vehicles) and persons to deliver from 11 am to noon.
