The ones that have haunted me in particular are parents harming or killing a child because they won’t stop crying. I have a deep emotional response to these stories and feel compelled to say something. If you are in trouble, ask for help. If you just can’t take it another second, ask for help. If you are frustrated or angry and want to hurt your child/yourself/anyone, ask. It is not your fault.
