July 5, 2015. July 13, 2015. I thought a few photos would suffice for this hike- it was 3.5 miles and 1500′ of gain from Flagstaff Road. Great Morning hike with my friend Shannon and her doggy- storms followed in the afternoon. I figured I should turn it into a training hike, so I carried some of my backpacking gear in my pack, and some extra water- It’s good for me! Longs Peak and Meeker to the left. I was injured a little over a month later, which lead to my surgery in June 2017, and my extended recovery.
