Thursday, August 5. After wake up from tidur mati for hours. Continuous 3 days 3 night of "hard works". Worth it to do so. My ' mummy' came to k.l for meeting. Is 4 days 3 night.for sure! I'll grab tiz chance to meet her as well. Treat her nice food.do some shopping. Though is quite tiring of doin planning.driving. But the laughter and happiness ady to overcome it. Sunday, January 24. Huhoo nowadays almost every weekend oso busy of baking cookies for coming CNY. So,till now im just back afta my dinner and taken bath. Damn tired.but when think of tomoro hv 0900 class,aiyoyo.sumore headache! Every morning hav to face of traffic jam to college.den go for the morning classes. Walauye half of my energy tank oredi waste for the traffic jam lo.only left 50% for classes and again have to jam back to home.haihzz :(. Okay,back to today topic.cookies day! Sunday, January 17.

Thursday, June 12. 每天早上 0400 和 0700，脑袋会自动switch on 眼睛会自然open 双手自然会打开check watsapp. 0400 首要目的= 起床去0600的早晨training 啦. 次要目的= 起身double check一下 training schedule 是否有update, 如果没有就再倒头再睡至0700，再起床去0900的早晨training. 但是，筋疲力尽而睡到天昏地暗的时候 惊醒就是噩梦的开始 很怕一睁开眼已经迟到 我想，不只是我自己的经历也是每一位并肩作战的队友都会同感深受的一part. 吃。睡。吃。划。吃。划。吃。睡。吃。划。吃。划。睡。吃. 所以一直很期待，会比较热吗？ 这三个月会很宝贵吗？ 如果说，这选择很浪费时间，应该好好珍惜大学第一年的暑假好好去explore and enjoy. 持续三个月的intensive training，一个星期练足六日-6days row,1 dayoff. 一天1/4 的时间 也有时候将近1/3的时间 都会在艇会与队友们共同度过. 每一个lap 每一杖 每一个步骤 都需要给百分百专注力 跟齐做好.
