Sonntag, 4. August 2013. Recife and Praia do Frances. So we arrived in Recife and met my friends Marthas host sister Raphaella who organized accomodation for us in their neighbours house. The guys living there were really nice and it was good to get to know some locals again after being only normal tourists for a week. Diesen Post per E-Mail versenden. Travelling South America: Juni 2013
http://travelling-sa.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Mittwoch, 12. Juni 2013. Up the coast in 5 days. We didn't stay in Nazca for the night, instead we took a bus to a small seaside town called Paracas from where we would make our trip to "poor mens Galapagos", las Islas Ballestas. Unfortunately on the day we went the weather was not so nice, but that probably saved me from a sun stroke and we still got to see lots and lots of bird, seastar, sealions and penguins. We also visited more ruins from yet a diferent culture, the Lima culture. It's amazing ho...

Travelling South America: Juli 2013
http://travelling-sa.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Sonntag, 28. Juli 2013. We arrived in Fortaleza after a "short" 28-hours-busride (luckily the longest that we had to do during this trip and luckily because it's already over) and at first I had to work a bit, my first real translation job, please applaud everybody! There is a beach that you can walk to at low tide where dolphins get very close to the shore and if you go swimming you almost have the feeling of being really close to them. Then there was also a sanctuary with a lookout where you could ...
