I love to watch Animal Planet and I even worked for two different veterinarians at different times in my life. I grew up with horses, dogs and cats and have always, always had a pet. I then added low-carb , smaller portions, and eating more often. Joining has made me think about some of the tricks I've learned to save calories, fat, protein, carbs, sanity, whatever. So:.
