Sunday, October 19, 2014. Anna is such a fun girl. She is happy and helpful, kind, and spirited (John's word for her personality was "exuberant")! I probably said the same things last year….but that is a good thing! She hasn't changed to a moody girl yet! We were so happy that it worked out for Katherine and Ryan to come for the weekend. Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Addison was baptized on November 3rd. It was a JOYOUS day! My parents, Jesse's dad and most of his family (including 15 cousins) were able to come.. The day started out with the whole family going to Addison's basketball game. After the baptism we came back to our house for dinner and then all went to the Boise Temple Open House (for about a year and a half the Boise Temple has been closed during a major renovation). It was a perfect day. Hunter with his dance partner, Paige.

Sunday, October 06, 2013. Homecoming, John and Josie. John and Josie have known each other for a lot of years now, they are both pretty funny, easy going and have a great time together. He is also her home teacher :) that's fun, huh? If it housed all of these couples, it had to be big! He thought it was pretty awesome that the basement was set up like an ice cream parlor. John was excited that he FINALLY got to wear a fedora. I might be partial, but I think he looks pretty handsome! Curious about my work?

We love our Winter Break just a little too much and find ourselves prying ourselves out of bed and into the thick of school and sports. Jesse's mother's headstone was completed. Friday, November 28, 2014. Where Will John Be Going? Where in the world will John go? From Australia to Tennessee, the guesses have been many and I couldn't wait to find out! My guess- Texas, spanish speaking. Went to the mail, and SHOCK of all SHOCKS- it came a week early! Unfortunately our plan was to open it on Thanksgiving day with all his friends SO we had to leave it in Boise while we all took off to Poky (all except Dave, who had to work) This ended up being a "bad idea"! Tuesday, November 22, 2011. One More Angel in Heaven. This past month has been an emotional, frantic whirlwind. On October 14th, my amazing mother-in-law was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Monday night, November 21st, on her birthday, she passed away at 11:40 pm. 5-1/2 weeks from diagnoses to death. I can't even process all of this. She will be sorely missed. As devastating as this is, we are so grateful for the gospel, the Savior, and the Plan of Salvation. Grandy, we love you forever! Megan, Age 17.
