Jeg, Karin, Theo og Vanilla dro avgårde med masse sommerfugler i magen. Vi hadde flotte kjøreforhold gjennom Sverige. Vel i Stockholm hadde vi god tid til å rusle rundt med hundene og gruglede oss til en 17 timers båttur! Båtturen gikk over all forventing, vi saumfara taxfreen så vi visste hva vi skulle fylle bilen med på hjemturen;o). Ungene...

Tirsdag kveld pakket vi bilen full og onsdag dro vi avgårde. Hadde noen kjempe fine dager på Hotell med hundene. Karin og Vanilla var med oss også, godt selskap, god mat, godt drikke og god seng for å nevne noe! Bildene får tale for seg selv. Senga er definitivt for alle. Den som leter finner ;o).

Vi har ikke akkurat blitt skjemt bort med snø denne vinteren, men de gangene det kommer litt så er vi kjappe til å benytte oss av det. Hundene elsker å springe rundt når det er hvitt på bakken, eller rulle rundt i den snøen som er. Som regel er ikke kamera med, men denne søndagen så fikk vi med oss kamera og foreviget litt av gleden de firbeinte viste denne herlige januardagen. Glade hunder som får løpe fritt.

During my trip to Rome two years ago. I was insistent on doing a cooking lesson and found on Tripadvisor that was arranged through ‘ That’s Amore. Once we had our groceries, we were on our way. 20 g dried Porcini mushrooms. 500 ml water (for the porcini). 2 Tbsp olive oil. 375 g risotto rice – rinsed. 250 g sliced mushrooms.
