Crayziee Life: Spring 2015
http://crayziee.blogspot.com/2015/04/the-kids-had-spring-break-last-week.html
I feel so strongly that deep and simple is far more essential than shallow and complex.". Monday, April 6, 2015. The kids had spring break last week. No Cancun or Disney trips for us. We stayed home to pick up trash that blew around during those freaky windy days. But it wasn't all earth saving fun. Michael turned 16 (! And of course, Easter Sunday celebrating yesterday. The kids are getting big, but are still up for any traditions that involve candy or presents. Happy Easter to all!

Crayziee Life: toothy news and Nicky's older
http://crayziee.blogspot.com/2015/03/toothy-news-and-nickys-older.html
I feel so strongly that deep and simple is far more essential than shallow and complex.". Friday, March 13, 2015. Toothy news and Nicky's older. Michael has had a little break from all that since he's been out of braces for about a year now, but next week he's set to have all his (still impacted) wisdom teeth removed. He's understandably a bit freaked out at the prospect. Yesterday was Nicky's 11th birthday. Happy birthday to our goofy smart musical funny Nicky, who's growing up too fast.

Crayziee Life: February 2015

I feel so strongly that deep and simple is far more essential than shallow and complex.". Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Father Barron sends daily Lent reflections. We've heard it often; it's probably emblazoned in our minds-but we need to hear it again: "The Lord God formed man out of the clay of the ground and blew into his nostrils the breath of life, and so man became a living being." On Ash Wednesday, we hear echoes of this in the words, "Remember you are dust and to dust you shall return.".

Saturday, November 1, 2014. Well, it's about time we have a brief update before September passes us by without a blog update! Haha, I guess it did. October too. Wow.). The big thing this month has been Lydie, one of Isaac and Sonia's tanties, coming to visit us! We have been pretty busy each weekend and working during the week. The first weekend we went to Central Oregon to our very good friend Craig and Lisa's wedding, then went by Crater Lake. Then we went to the Portland Zoo. They are a ridiculously g...

a day in the life of a moody person: New normal...
http://rismoody.blogspot.com/2013/09/new-normal_14.html
A day in the life of a moody person. Saturday, September 14, 2013. Do I want to live clinging to the past, to the could of beens? Do I want my son to know only this version of me? So today, 5 days shy of the one year anniversary I am choosing God. I am choosing happiness. I am choosing to live my life to the fullest, every moment of it. I am choosing to soak up every second I have with my precious son. I am choosing to be vulnerable and to love. Deep thoughts by Rian. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

a day in the life of a moody person: the world keeps spinning...
http://rismoody.blogspot.com/2013/01/the-world-keeps-spinning.html
A day in the life of a moody person. Wednesday, January 16, 2013. The world keeps spinning. Also, a good friend from church is pregnant. She was afraid to tell me, which I understand. I would hate to be on the other side of the conversation, actually I hate being on this side too. I just had to be ok. I didn't have time to figure out. To be ok, because the world keeps turning and women keep having babies. Deep thoughts by Rian. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
