The Flâneur Project: July 2011
http://theflaneurproject.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Every morning, after the alarm beeps, after the cereal is poured, and after the unwanted emails are deleted from my phone, I venture to work at the Museum of Modern Art. I love working there. And one of the things I love so much about working at MoMA is coming to MoMA everyday. I take full advantage of my staff pass, often journeying into the museum galleries to see both the permanent and special exhibitions. Today I saw the new exhibition "Talk to Me.". Check out "Talk to Me".

The Flâneur Project: Dîner en Blanc
http://theflaneurproject.blogspot.com/2011/07/diner-en-blanc.html
Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Dîner en Blanc in Paris. I just read about the Dîner en Blanc in the New York Times. Seems like the perfect spot for a flaneur like myself. I love the idea of dining in the heart of the city with fellow New Yorkers, soaking in the luminous lights of the big apple. Let's just hope the mandatory white dress code does not get too dirty in the friendly dirt that envelopes New York. The 79th Street Boat Basin. Dîner en Blanc will fit right in in our city. What I Learned (and Loved! From my First Dîner en Blanc New York. Friday, July 31, 2015. I like large parties. They're so intimate. At small parties there isn't any privacy.". Last Tuesday, we joined 5,000 intrepid New Yorkers for the biggest Dîner en Blanc. And Marie Antoinette-style wigs. We didn't go that far but we definitely had fun jazzing up our white outfits. J opted for a dapper vest and tie, while I went with this fun feathered fascinator. Hustling through the subway with all our paraphernalia ...
