The one that got away – Cayos Cochinos. March 5, 2013. These tiny, beautiful islands don’t see much tourism and, unlike the Bay Islands, they remain unspoilt. It is possible to go for a couple of days but accommodation is very basic and an easier option is a day trip for snorkelling or diving from Sambo Creek, the nearest mainland town.
