Saturday, October 03, 2009. 兒童瑜伽課程在歡愉的氣氛中進行，有遊戲及想像，在一次的瑜伽課中，老師引導小朋友 變成一朵花 瑜伽身印式 ，蝴蝶聞到花香，飛來採花蜜。 老師 火車的門要扣好 坐姿，雙手在背後相握 ，火車門先關上 向前彎 如果有人要上火車，敲敲門，門就打開哦 再次坐起 典典接受老師的動作指導，安靜而專注的做了瑜伽身印式好多次。 在瑜伽課中也見到在遊戲與瑜伽動作後，見到孩子在消耗精力與肌肉的用力後，順著身體的需要自動的躺著休息，在瑜伽課最後的按摩、大休息，有較長一段的放鬆休息，老師 想像自己是布丁 大休息式 ，要放在冰箱`凝固囉 關燈 布丁靜靜的凝固成ＱＱ軟軟的布丁，動來動去會沒辨法凝固，廚師看到布丁凝固了就在布丁上放一顆好吃葡萄乾。 孩子們為了得到葡萄乾，原本想去逗一下同學還靜不下來，都可以靜靜的躺著，也許一開始是睜眼等著葡萄乾，但漸漸的知道大休息是靜靜的躺著，也可以放心的閉上眼睛，有時沒有葡萄乾也可以安靜休息，在大休息後，盈說 好舒服 ，佑也說 好舒服。 Posted by 阿南達學校 at 6:49 AM.
