We had our first deep fried turkey ever, and it was a hit. Dave was definitely was a visionary when he was initiated operation deep-fried. Can’t wait for it again next year. Poor Mitchell has not had nearly as many posts as Hazel had by this age. Second child syndrome I guess. Well my little Maui man is quite the character: we call him Maui, mau-man, stinkio and really any other crazy name Hazel comes up with! He is wearing size 3 and moving on up to size 4 diapers- wearing 12 month clothes, has a favorite blanket and it is adorable when he wants his blankey. Halloween was a lot of fun! We won best family costume with us being tangled (hazel rapunzel, Mitchell pascal, Jason Flynn Ryder and Devyn mother gothel). Giants won the World Series! Then November came around. Hazel needed an Anna to her Elsa- cute Mitchell Anna! I chopped my hair. Hazel has started to love making funny faces! Mitchell turned 4 months on 11/10! He is rolling like crazy wears 6 mo clothes and at his 4 month checkup was 27inches long and 14lbs 8oz! Still EBF and we love every minute of it!

Hazel does the darnedest things. Face painting at the childrens museum. Trying to do moms eyelashes. Caught watching the iPad nakey 😂. We went to target like this. I got out of the shower to find an explosion- hazel had tried to make chef boyardee herself. My feet were hurting so she kindly bandaged me up. Hazel wanted to face paint her and daddy's face. Church is more relaxing with your feet up ;). Mitchell was 7 months on feb 10th! I also got valentines pics taken of the cute kiddos! Our Road to Four.

Well on December 22 hazel turned 3! We had a princess birthday party with her friends that were still in omaha during the break:. Belle came to her party! She was so excited! Annual Chicago road trip. What would our summer break be without a road trip to chicago! After all, it's our 3rd year in a row! We left Friday after Mitchell's 2 week checkup and made it at about midnight. The kids did okay on the drive- a bit fussy. Anyways we made it and had a blast. This year we went to chicago for thanksgiving! We drove Wednesday and we stopped more than we ever have (thanks Hazel for being potty trained ;) we had a pull up on her. But it's kinda counter productive to tell her to just go in her pull up so we stopped like every hour! Wednesday night we arrived to Erin and Pete's! The kiddos were sooo excited and they got spoiled with goodies and presents from auntie! Who am I kidding- we all got spoiled (😘). Thursday we went to the zoo. Ahhh i love her so much!
