Monday, March 4, 2013. Creative Public Holiday in W.A. Today I finally completed my little February project of a cross stitch that was in a new gorgeous UK magazine I discovered at. It's design is mounted on a 12 inch embroidery hoop and was created by Kimberly Scola who works under the label. I'm looking forward to doing some of my own freestyle type embroidery later this year (one I knock over some more of the Wysocki project! I won't give up. The cross stitch looks great Kristy! Well done. x.

This is the group snapshot of all the lovely super clever ladies I met whilst on the 'Scrapaway in WA retreat'. Had so much fun and can't wait to get to the next one xx. Monday, November 5, 2012. The New Zealand Album. One Little Word progress (November). I have really enjoyed One Little Word 2012 with Ali Edwards and plan to do it again next year. Although I had got behind in doing the monthly projects, it was easy to catch back up again. I now only have the October and November pages to do today, both of which are half complete. But had never looked into it. Last weekend Nic mentioned it to me and suggested I check it out. I think this week alone I have spent approximately 5 hours browsing through all the beautiful things people have posted on there. One of the items I 'pinned', to one day do myself was a little journal, '365 things I am grateful for in 2010'.

Today I made up a little address book as my old one has been hanging by a thread for some time! Couldn't warrant buying one when I could make my own.
