絕對鬆散‧非常熱情‧隨意自在‧一個自由、熱情、享受騎車的車隊！ Thursday, April 19, 2012. 一年一度的花東大賽即將展開了，雖然是多年的例行賽，因為花東賽是國內少見的二日連賽，所以每次要準備的東西總是特別的多。 花東賽的特色是兩日的長途公路賽，為確保選手在長途競賽中，可以順利完賽，補給品是非常重要的，Powergel 一直是各項比賽中常見的補給聖品，除此之外也準備了固態的蛋黃派，同時還準備了 Endurance 以泡製飲品，當然準備了數量足夠的 EUAQ 水壺，為避免在花東地區不好買到小瓶的 250ml 可樂，還特地從台北準備。這麼多東西當然少不了補給袋，好讓選手可以順利接到精心準備的補給品，還有贊助商煌鼎咖啡提供的 Fika Fika Cafe 是一定要的。 備用內胎、外胎、管胎、管胎膠也是有需要的.
