Friday, March 26, 2010. We can't wait to get a dog! This week was fun. Neil was gone to Seattle (that wasn't the fun part) and I tried to have a good time with the kids. On Wednesday night we rented Hachi from the RedBox at Albertson's. The kids and I watched it in their room after we had gotten ready for bed. I was secretly hoping that they would fall asleep during the movie, but it didn't happen. It spawned a nice array of questions from my kids, too. Posted by The Erickson Family. Saturday, February 27, 2010. It's Not Christmastime Anymore. Usually it takes about 10 to 15 minutes after we turn on the Primary music and turn out the lights for everyone to be out for the night. Friday, January 29, 2010. So I have been really tired lately and when I woke up to a really loud somebody knocking on my door, I ran out to get it. Lincoln had been sleeping with me.and when I turned around from getting the door, this is what I saw! All three of them were eating sunchips that were left out from the night before (thanks Neil) and three kids totally zoned to morning cartoons. Now I feel like a really good parent already today! I love broccoli so I can't wait to try this recipe. 1 cup chopped celery. 6 cups heated chicken stock. 8 oz cream cheese. 1 cup chopped onion (green&white). 1 cup flour *for thicker soup a little more than a cup*. 6 cups whole milk. Saturday, June 16, 2012. The Not So AVERAGE JOES. Troy, Chad and Brandon did their second Sprint Relay Triathlon on Saturday June 9th. It was at Daybreak Lake (practically our backyard). It's such a beautiful area and the weather that day was great too! Chad finishing the swim and switching the time strap to Brandon. Brandon rode up to Kennecott Mine and back. We were so excited to welcome him through the time mat. He has to put his bike back before he can tag Troy (the runner). Troy, Neil, Brandon, Chad.

Monday, April 26, 2010. I've gained friendships that I know will last forever! I couldnt be more grateful for the chance I've had to be a part of their lives and watch them grow.Its crazy how fast kids grow up! Thursday, October 15, 2009. A year ago today we closed on our house! It seems crazy to think it has already been a year since we decided to make the big move and become home owners! Wow, time flew by in our new bungalow and we are so glad we have this place to come home to. It's been a true blessing to be so close to our families, our friends, and both of our jobs. We have made new friends with our close neighbors and ward members. We are grateful to be where we are and to have each other!
