What is M.E? What is M.E? What is CFS/ME and what causes it? Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is primarily a neurological illness (brain disorder) with variable involvement of other bodily systems including muscles, liver, heart, endocrine or lymphatic glands.
