When I shut it down it alway's says that it needs to wait for the program ' Device 10 notification window ' is still running what is this and why the heck is it running? I've ran all kinds of paid for antivirus software programs from Mc affee , Cogeco security services to xoft spy and they all say my pc is fine. Whats going on?
