Poniedziałek, 1 lutego 2016. W grudniu zapowiadałam przepis na ten czekoladowy cud, ale w grudniu mi to nie wyszło. Grudzień w ogóle był raczej do niczego. Kończenie szkoły, egzaminy, dużo stresu i zmęczenia, pisanie pracy po duńsku (to była najstraszniejsza rzecz, jaka mi się w mojej karierze edukacyjnej przytrafiła, chyba nawet gorsza niż nauczycielski egzamin z matematyki.). To dosyć ciężkie ciasto, zupełnie nie dietetyczne, rozpustne po prostu. Nie ma w nim grama mąki, tylko czekolada, jajka, mas...
