Sweet Corn Semifreddo with Plums and Bacon Toffee Popcorn. 3 3/4 cups – Corn Kernels. 1 2/3 cups – Cream. 1/2 – Vanilla Bean. 1 3/4 cups – Corn Infused Cream. 3 1/2 oz – White Chocolate. 10 – Egg Yolks. 1/2 cup 1 tsp – Sugar. 1/4 cup – Water. 1 1/3 cups – Soft Whipped Cream. 1) Bring the corn kernels, cream and vanilla bean up to a boil.
