Norvell Travel Blog - 2009. Saturday, September 12, 2009. ALICE in MARYLAND and WASHINGTON DC - September 2009. Alice flew from LV to Baltimore MD on September 9th for a 7 day vacation. Larry and Dee Kosta flew in from San Diego and they were all picked up by Alice's niece Bev Crosen who lives in souther Maryland. Of course he had to go check it out. Don found it very interesting and was able to see a lot of computer relics that he has used during his lifetime. Click HERE. I was just in Santa Barbara for Fiestas and my family and I had so much fun. We really enjoyed the dancers at the mission on the first night of fiesta, so beautiful! We have just been messing around doing some shopping, sight seeing and of course eating. We have driven to Santa Barbara. And San Louis Obispo. The weather has been wonderful, running about 48 at night and 65 in the day time. The early morning has the overcast from the ocen but after about 9am it is all sunshing. Now it is Saturday and we went out for fish and shrimp tacos for lunch and than went to a winery about 40 miles south of Ensenada for some wonderful wine tas.

We have stayed at the San Jose Elks lodge for 5 days and will be moving over to Alice's cousin's (Jean Smith) house today.
