The Last Post: the ride home. The whole day was spent traveling first from Bergen to Frankfurt, then Frankfurt to Chicago, and then Chicago to San Diego. What a long day! The first thing I noticed when I got back to SD was the smell. San Diego definitely has a special smell, a warm beachy smell.
