Is conducting a trial of split dried British fava beans in Norwich, across East Anglia and in London. They’re Great British Beans. Norwich is geographically well placed to feed itself. But to do it, and to break our dependence on energy inputs, would mean changes in our diet, land use and farming. Put simply: less meat, more beans! One Response to “Bringing beans back home”.
