The American College of Emergency Physicians recommends the following items to be kept in a household first aid kit. It is also recommends that everyone stay current in first aid and CPR classes. All of the following items can be purchased at local pharmacies and without any prescriptions. Additional items of recommendation are listed on the MayoClinic website here.

امروز بی نهایت خوشحالم.یکی از کارایی که همیشه دوس داشتم انجام بدم ولی نمیتونستم انجام بدم رو انجام دادم.رفتن به خونه ی سالمندان. خیللیی خوش گذشت.یکی از بچه های کلاسمون آقای ع.گ موسس این انجمن هستش که با یکی از دوستام مدیریت انجمن رو به عهده دارن.هر چند وقت یه بار به دیدار بچه های سرطانی و صعب العلاج و سالمندان میریم.واسشون کادو میخوریم. من در اون لحظه. از این به بعد قراره هر چند وقت یه بار بریم بهشون سر بزنیم. دیگه حرفم نمیاد.چشمام نمیدونم چرا اینقدر خسته است. امروز سه شنبه ساعت 11 نیم شب.الان از اتاق همکلاسیامون که مهمونمون کرده بودن برگشتیم.آخه دعوتمون کرده بودن که بریم اتاقشون شب نشینی .تولد یکیشون(هدیه) بود . امروز ساعت 8 تا 10 کلاس بیوشیمی با استاد م داشتیم. اون ترم مبحثی که این استاد در داد خیلللییی سخت بود ولی این ترم مثه این که راحت تره(! یه اتفاق ناجالبی که افتاد این بود که یه هم اتاقیه جدید به اتاق اضافه شد :( آخه اتاق خیلییی کوچیکه و واقعا سخته. کلی کار تو این 2 ساعت میخوام انجام بدم :دی. بعدش کلاس اندیشه داریم. هر چی که هست، این نیز بگذرد. نمیدونم ...

دارم فک میکنم.به اینکه این هفته دانشگاه رو پیچوندم و برنامه ی مسافرت ریختم :دی مثلا قرار بود الان گرگان میبودم :پی ولی یه هفته رفتن رو به تاخیر انداختم و دارم با خانواده میریم مسافرت. باید میرفتم نسترن و تو قلم چی ثبت نام میکدرم که هنوز نکردم .نسترن هم میخواد کنکور تجربی بده.جدیدا ها خیلی عشق پزشکی شده مطمئنم میتونه از پسش بر بیاد :* خوب حواسم باد به نسترن هم باشه چون خیلی ازم سوال میکنه و راهنمایی میخواد . دعام کنید که بتونم کارام رو اون طور که میخوام پیش ببرم. فعلا چیزه جدیدی به ذهنم نمیرسه بگم.
