Monday, January 31, 2011. Hard to believe we are at the end of January already. I lost 6.4lbs in Jan. Not bad, but definitely. Not where I could be. I had a great birthday weekend. Friday night I stayed on the plan I laid out for myself (with a soup change). Tomato Bisque, side salad and 2 pita bread sticks. I did have 3 drinks, but still feel good with my eating. Now comes the bad news. Saturday was rough. After dinner Friday. Night a few of us went to the church to organize the garage sale stuff, didn't.

The crust was burnt on the edges and really hard, the sauce wasn't that flavorful and it was expensive, especially adding the toppings. We'll stick with the $6.00 Udi's Frozen Pizza's from walmart. Sunday, April 3, 2011. Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Discs. Agave Syrup to sweeten. Melt chocolate discs in microwave at 20 second intervals stirring, then once melted add Agave (or other sweetener) stir in the Puffed Millet, then flatten out and let cool (we put in freezer for quick cooling). Gluten free pancakes cannot be treated like normal pancakes, you can put all the baking powder in that you want and if you treat them like normal pancakes they will still come out like crepes. You can also use a waffle iron, when it raises and hits the top of the iron the heat sets it and it stays risen, lol I have put in too much baking powder before so...
