Jones Family Happenings: April 2015
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 27, 2015. One of our favorite traditions is to go to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point Gardens. Every year it seems like it is more beautiful than the last. This year we also celebrated CC's birthday with a picnic lunch. Another highlight of the trip was we saw a mommy great horned owl with her babies. She was nested right by the waterfall and in a perfect spot right below the bridge so you could see her clearly. The boys thought that was the coolest thing ever! Artie didn't want to ...

Jones Family Happenings: December 2014
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2014. This Christmas was so much fun. It was really entertaining seeing how excited the boys get at the magic of Christmas. The magic started on Christmas eve. Roy got to go to work with Daddy and ride the train where he ran into an old friend. When Roy saw Santa he made the comment, "Boy, that guy is everywhere! After an enjoyable work day with Dad we headed over to Gramma and Grampa's house. Gram had a special treat for us all, matching jammies! After Christmas eve's haul of pre...

Jones Family Happenings: Santa Cruz Part 4
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2015/07/santa-cruz-part-4.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Santa Cruz Part 4. We went out to dinner as a family and before hand we wanted to get a nice family photo. But the boys wanted to do anything but sit and take a picture. After some begging, pleading and threatening bodily harm we were able to get a good family photo. Then it was off to dinner where Artie was being a good example and waiting to say prayers. But after dinner and photos all bets of keeping my sweet children in their matching clothes were off (literally)! End of T-B...

Jones Family Happenings: October 2014
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 24, 2014. Roy Boy Daniel Jones 5 going on 50! Here is Roy's school picture. Isn't he cute! It is great, but I know Roy more like this. Roy is such a unique kid. I have had my troubles and stresses with him. I truly think he may have a touch of OCD and the trash obsession is a bit much (but hey he empties the trash out everyday and that is huge when you have a baby in diapers! His response, "Ummm, like scrubbing toilets or washing windows? Have I mentioned that Danny is in school right now?

Jones Family Happenings: Santa Cruz Part 5
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2015/07/santa-cruz-part-5.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Santa Cruz Part 5. As much as the boys would have just loved to lay around and watch TV. I love to go and do things while on vacation. We can watch TV at home, why not explore what is outside? One of the places we went to explore was the Whale Museum. However, since it was the weekend of the fourth of July everything was closed. But we still walked around the outside and saw their cool display of a blue whale. And of course after the beach, relaxing in the hot tub. This is boy o...

Jones Family Happenings: July 2014
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 25, 2014. Lehi has the coolest tradition of Foam days. So far the boys have not been too interested in participating. This year they were a little more brave and ventured into the foam. (Last time Roy refused to touch it! You can tell by Mike's face he was not too happy to be sprayed. Roy thought it was fun for a little while. Roy and Mike both thought that the fire hoses spraying water was much more fun and exciting. They only did the foam for a little while, but played in the water lots.

Jones Family Happenings: August 2015
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 28, 2015. Unfortunately our house is infested with monsters. And they keep bothering poor Michael, especially at night! And even though Mike is scared of monsters, he still loves monsters. So when we went to the library, he picked out Jumpy Jack and Googily and loved it. In it we discovered that monsters are terrified of socks. And Mike stored that piece of information in his brain for later use. Fast forward a week or so and the monsters were bothering Mike again! First Day of First Grade.

Jones Family Happenings: Wilderness Explorers
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2015/08/wilderness-explorers.html
Monday, August 3, 2015. The boys love going on walks and hikes. We recently went up to Heber Valley Camp and the boys had so much fun hiking and exploring everything. Each of them took turns being the leader. This was all their idea with no parental influence. They just wanted to make sure everyone got a chance. Every now and then my decision not to duct tape them to the ceiling pays off and they act like loving brothers! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). This is Boy One. This is Boy Two.

Jones Family Happenings: Disneyland Part 3
http://jonesfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2015/05/disneyland-part-3.html
Thursday, May 14, 2015. The last day is always bittersweet. You have another day of fun planned but you know it is all coming to an end. We started our day off by talking with Goofy, Artie's favorite. Roy and Mike love the new Mickey and friends cartoons and their favorite is "Potatoland" starring Goofy. So when they saw him they started chanting, "Potatoland! And to our delight he started jumping up and down and trying to get everyone else to join in. We took a spin on Autopia. After Artie woke up, I to...
