I had the most amazing time last year, I not only got the most fit that I have ever been but I also had a lot of fun during and before and after training. Adventures of Scott Dagnall. Friday, April 10, 2009. Bad Things Come In Threes? Tucson this year had been a crazy rollercoaster! Training for the rest of the week was awesome though! Not only was I a wreck mentally but I was pretty sore. Yesterday Deb our landlord/second mom, took me to the after I threw up in the morning. Got some x-rays and a ct scan and everything seemed to be ok. Thanks so much to Deb for spending her whole day at the hospital with me! Anyways Time to start packing, home tomorrow.

Adventures of Scott Dagnall. Friday, January 16, 2009. A simple 3 k swim day. Training over the last week or so has almost got back to normal. I am finally able to swim normally bike with some intensity and I am RUNNING! I am so excited to be back running after not be able to do something when you finally can it is a great feeling. Adventures of Scott Dagnall. Monday, March 30, 2009. The Zona has been a lot of fun this year but it has had some serious up and downs! Training had been going super well until last Wednesday when I woke up to realize my back pains has come back. I was pretty seized all day and training came to a halt. Adventures of Scott Dagnall. Friday, February 15, 2008. We started off the next 2 a half hard weeks with a bang today! Follow that with some eating sleeping and then hammer down to oak bay for a track workout. We stepped it up on the track today adding another 1km repeat. The workout, 3by 1km followed by 2 by 300m 2 times through that whole thing. 7.5km of hard work, almost at 10km can't wait! Should be good, but time for bed. Monday, February 11, 2008. Adventures of Scott Dagnall. Thursday, August 27, 2009. Best hour in a long time! Just got back from a run, which hoestly was the most fun and greatest hour I have spent in quite sometime. I have had alot of troubles especially with the runnng part since the concussion! Being out there in the sun, running along some of my favourite trails felt amazing. Ingredients for the best hour in 5 months. 1 New pair of my favourite shoes, The Nike victories (thanks Running Room). Felt amazing to be out there!
