Bird's eye view. W o r d s →. Walk With Me South Point Road. February 16, 2011. The weather is turning to spring – slowly, and we can still expect some nasty nor’easters to blow cold and wet across the island, but we have seen some beautiful sunny days with temperatures in the 50’s. I got Rudy’s leash from the closet and we set out. We started down South Point Road, an unpaved (but graded) road wide enough to accommodate cars (better have 4-wheel drive though! And then I happened upon this fellow:. IR...

rosemary in time: fifteen
http://rosemaryintime.blogspot.com/2011/08/fifteen.html
Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Last week was Natalie's 15th birthday. We spent the day biking around Bowen Island, which is approximately a 15 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay. We packed a lunch, rode around on some trails, up a killer hill which the locals actually call "Killer Hill". Headed to a quiet little beach and just took in the amazing scenery. Happy Birthday to the best 15 year old girl I know! Enjoy the rest of your week. September 1, 2011 at 4:50 AM. Happy Birthday to your girl!

lazy day yarn | bird's eye view
https://loribird.wordpress.com/2011/01/16/lazy-day-yarn
Bird's eye view. January 16, 2011. There has been a lot of this sort of activity around here lately:. I was on vacation last weekend, and though I took (way too much) knitting with me, I worked only three rows and subsequently frogged the whole project when I returned home. I had a “meh” moment and decided that the yarn and pattern were both great, but not so great together. When I got home, I finished up some yarn I started spinning ages ago. http://rosemaryintime.blogspot.com/2011/09/stripe-study-shawl.html
Monday, September 5, 2011. Introducing my Stripe Study Shawl. A fabulous pattern by Veera Valimaki. I used Cascade Yarn in Heritage Solids, one skein in a gray and one in a plum colour, with size 4mm needles. I wasn't sure if I was a shawl wearing type of person.but this I know I will definitely wear! I even bought a shawl pin! Hope your summer was enjoyable and that the beginning of the new school year gets off to a great start! September 20, 2011 at 2:09 PM. September 30, 2011 at 3:30 PM.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Things that made me happy today. How are things going? Things here, and I'm sure as in every other household this time of year, are spiraling into extreme business. To prevent myself from drowning in this extreme business, I'm trying to remember all the good things that happened and make it all worthwhile. Today Amelia participated in the District Track and Field Meet, for small schools, and came in 3rd in Triple Jump! If so, who are you cheering for? Hope you have a happy day!
