Thursday, April 2, 2009. Well I guess it is about time for me to update my blog. Over the next couple of days I'll post pictures of our wedding and Benjamin's 1st birthday (has it really been three months). But today I want to announce that our family isn't going to be so little in the coming months! Jake and I are happy to announce that we are pregnant again! We will be expecting the baby around Thanksgiving. We sure do like those holiday babies. : ). That is really exciting! April 6, 2009 at 5:33 AM.

Where My Story Begins. Saturday, July 10, 2010. It was ridiculously HOTT at camp this year. Me and my gals are cooling off in the stream. On one of the days we learned how to do "food art". Monday, December 1, 2008. Glad to be done! Will never do again. Russ wanted a fixer upper home. He got one! Here are some before and after pictures. I am not sure it does the work we did justice but it at least gives you an idea of what we went through. I was talking to my friend today and he said that we did our own version of This Old House. An attempt to actually have a journal. Saturday, June 25, 2011. A fun day at Saturday's Market. We decided to try some of the food carts that are downtown. We went over to SE Portland today. Mal chose a pizza. Courtney chose BBQ pulled pork fries. Connor had chili cheese fries. Pete had a brisket, blue cheese, and caramelized sandwich. I had an egg, cheese, spinach and mushroom crepe. I guess that’s the life of a mom of an almost 1 1/2 year-old. Life is great and very busy. I’m always amazed at those mothers with 2, 3, 4 and 5 kids! How do they do it?
