About us
The Oakapple Band was formed in 1981 to perform the songs and music for the Mystery plays at local churches. From there they went on to play for barn dances and have built up a reputation for an excellent evenings entertainment. The Oakapple Band have performed for many events over the years including The Sidmouth Folk Festival, Easter People and for the Methodist Association of Youth Clubs London Weekend involving an estimated 10,000 young people.
