The (usually) annual fireworks display will be held for the first time in three years. This one will be special – 24,000 fireworks will be set off at six different locations. You’ll be surrounded by thundering explosions and lights all over the Kashiwa and Abiko area. The sites and times are:. Abiko Site (Teganuma) 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
