Fog is rare, as are prolonged calms and the sunshine hours are longer than you might think. In June the days are so long that it hardly gets dark and it can be pleasantly warm even in September. Weather is of course variable and the best courses are often those where a whole variety of weather conditions are met with.

Auxiliary power is supplied by an 25hp diesel engine. At 10.5 metres in length people are amazed at how spacious she is, above and below decks with good headroom throughout. She easily gained all the requirements for the MCA code of practice for small commercial vessels. The boat has an annual inspection and a full survey every five years.
