Wednesday, June 12, 2013. As of this morning I was 197. A .6 loss since Friday. Although not exactly what I wanted to see slow and steady wins the race, right? Friday is usually my larger loss day so let's hope. I just feel I have been doing well on my eating and definitely on my exercise. I am still eating a lot of frozen entrees because i want to get my calorie count under control before I start branching out on my eating. Is this what is holding me back? I know not drinking enough water is part of it!

Friday, July 22, 2011. We have only been married two years so I feel a little silly giving marriage advice! However, the best thing I was ever told that I feel like has helped me the most is that when things seem like they are at their worst, remember the feeling you had when you first met your husband. Remember the shared dreams and goals you have. I like to remember the feeling I had when ALL I wanted was to marry this man.still makes me smile to think about it. Links to this post. Friday, June 7, 2013. Ok, let's try this again. I had this post up and linked and then it messed up? 1 Tom has been traveling all week so I will be sooo happy when he is home to help with our sick. Poor Thomas started throwing up Wednesday afternoon and threw up 17 times before 3 am. Poor mommy. Cleaned up puke 17 times. 2 After Wednesday's not so great weigh in this morning I weighed in at 197.6! I guess maybe Thomas's stomach bug helped. 5 Finally so grateful for my mommy this week! Thursday, May 30, 2013. Memorial day weekend we went to Rhode Island for our niece's wedding. It was a beautifiul wedding and a great time.but I didn't stick to my diet at all! AND I didn't work out once. Yesterday I stuck to my calories and I'm hoping to at least do yoga today. Now for a recap of our weekend. We left Friday morning (6 am! This is my airplane attire. That night I helped to throw a shower for the bride with my four sisters in law. Below is the bride and her bridesmaids. Tom and his sisters.

I know I should pray for them, which I did immediately and have since but I almost don't think it is healthy for me to read about them.but THEN I feel immediate guilt for not reading. They are going through it and I can't even make myself READ about it? Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Shocking. (Insert Sarcasm). Anybody else soo shocked to hear that they broke up? Yea, me neither. Please.you were a rebound, pure and simple. Precious baby boy went back to daycare today. I hope he is ok! He has just been so sick! Would you please get that thing out of my face? It is TOO early for all that mom. Oh and we had a new meal last night. Baked chicken marinated in a buffalo wing sauce. SOO good and not too bad on the calories either! Links to this post. These are the days.

Thursday, May 23, 2013. For all the internets to see. So I can't believe I'm going to put it all out there. Right here right now. In 2002 I came home from Jamaica weighing 165 pounds. I thought I was HUGE. I vowed then to never weigh that much again. Yea. Well. This morning, 200.4. I was worked at losing and got down to around 188ish. Wednesday, June 5, 2013. No good news. This morning I was 200.4. However, I will say that I was not as strict as I wanted to be. I did get back into working out so I will count that for a win. Since Monday (wow, two whole days) I have stayed under my calories on My Fitness Pal and have done some sort of exercise. 20 minutes intervals on treadmill. And YA'LL. I had never done the stairmaster before. I could only do 5 minutes! Sweat was literally pouring off of my head. 1 Workout 5 days. Links to this post.

Monday, June 10, 2013. I had planned on meeting up with Holly. For brunch on Saturday but unfortunately I got the stomach bug from Thomas. Womp. Womp. I spent Friday night and most of Saturday.busy.
