Monday, March 30, 2009. Emilie Got a Haircut. A few weeks ago, Emilie wanted to get her haircut, so we did! Our friend cut over 6 inches of hair off. I thought I would miss it, but really it looks really good. Her hair is also much easier to take care of! She said that she did not want mommy fixing her hair all the time, well I of course still fix it, but it does not take as long. Friday, June 26, 2009. Before my family went on vacation, I decided to get my hair cut and I was going to let Hazel do whatever she wanted to my hair. She took over 6 inches off of my hair and highlighted and lightened and the ending result is awesome! I love my new look, it is so easy to take care of and it looks really nice. Thursday, January 31, 2008. Everything went really well on Friday with Rex's surgery. He was such a little trooper, and very brave through it all. I was so relieved that the weather cooperated, and we didn't have an ice storm to contend with. We had to be downtown at the Children's Pavilion surgery center by 6:30 in the morning! His school conducted a graduation ceremony for the kindergarteners on May 29th (eventhough he really had one more week of school to go). The ceremony was very cute. Tuesday, July 29, 2008. Rex lost his first tooth on Thursday night. It was getting very loose, and the permanent tooth was already beginning to pop up behind the baby tooth. He worked hard to loosen up the baby tooth, and even tried to get it to come out by biting into an apple.no luck.
