There were times in my life a couple of hours of sleep would suffice and I'd start again. This is no longer the case - honestly - though, I am not yet ready to admit this either. Part of me wants to stop her now recognizing all the dangers I ignored when I was her age. Part of me worries that we didn't prepare her for all that she will see. Tuesday, October 1, 2013. Would you rather sleep 10 hours at night, but have to wake up every 90 minutes for 15 minutes, or would you rather sleep 6 hours straight every night? I would choose the 6 hours straight. I'll even take 4 hours straight. Unfortunately, my experience is a mixture of the two: 6 hours, but waking up every 90 minutes. Let's face it.
