My current favorite lunch choice is the Uptown Salad - all natural grilled chicken, grapes, apples, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, red onion, and blue cheese - with balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious! And because I'm eating a healthy salad, I don't feel at all bad about having one of their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are amazing - and addicting! Thursday, May 31, 2012. What is up with the birds lately? They’ve been strangely absent the last few months. I have two feeders outside my kitchen window, and I usually have so many feathered visitors that I have to refill them every weekend. But I haven’t needed to fill them for over two months now. I haven’t seen very many squirrels either. One little guy stops by and steals seed about once a week, but that’s it. Strange. Is it just me? This experience was new for me in that the color changes happened, not by one strand of color transitioning into the next color, but with the next color strand tying into the other strands and gradually replaces the first color strands until the color changed and then the next color was introduced.
