Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Darby loves our dog Billie, and luckily, Billie is really good with Darby. Sometimes she acts a little annoyed but for the most part Billie doesn't mind the new "impostor" in her world. I'm sure once Darby is older and can throw the ball for Billie they will be best friends! Here is a video I took of them together somewhat recently. Sunday, April 26, 2009. Therefore, I say "hi" really IS her first word! She also says "uh-oh", if that's considered a word! So many times a day!

Wednesday, December 16, 2009. On Sunday we took Darby to sit on Santa's lap. A LOT of other people had the same idea as we did (imagine that! So there was a long line for us to wait in. Darby was so excited to see Santa (she says Santa, and it is SO cute. I'll have to get a video of it). While we waited, we took turns walking around with her. Southcoast Plaza has so many beautiful Christmas decorations up this time of year. Darby loved the "choo choo" and big tree. AND Santa even gave her a candy cane!

Tuesday, June 30, 2009. So I finally got around to updating the slide show of Darby's monthly pictures on the pink chair! Darby is growing way too fast and into everything. She is standing and balancing on her own! She has taken 2 steps (not holding onto anyone or anything) but hasn't started walking yet - unless she is holding onto her walker toy! Progesterone: 42 (sorry to those I told it was 40 - just forgot the number! Boy, this first trimester stuff is soooo hard! Grow little bean, GROW!
