Devil's Thumb Golf Club Turf Care Department: June 2015
http://devilsthumbgc.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Devil's Thumb Golf Club Turf Care Department. Thursday, June 18, 2015. This area on #6 fairway has always suffered. 6 is one of my favorite holes but when it was designed it did not really take into consideration the flow of traffic. Most cart traffic is drawn to this narrow bottleneck because it is the path of least resistance. http://devilsthumbgc.blogspot.com/2015/04/poa-annua-growth-regulation.html
Devil's Thumb Golf Club Turf Care Department. Friday, April 17, 2015. Poa annua growth regulation. Sure the population has grown slightly, but it's been an insignificant increase. Ian Peluso, CGCS. Oakland ...

http://devilsthumbgc.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Devil's Thumb Golf Club Turf Care Department. Friday, July 10, 2015. This has been a fantastic week weather wise in my subjective opinion coming from a person who HATES heat and dreams of precipitation in our arid environment more often than not. We have had cooler temps in the mid 70's to mid 80's and .71 inches of rain spread out through the week since Sunday, mostly coming at night so play has not been interrupted. The predominant species of moss on golf course greens is Silvery-Thread Moss. It is...
