Ohio’s Grade 3 ELA Test Replaces OAA. August 10, 2015. Dear District Test Coordinator:. The Ohio Achievement Assessments (OAA) are no longer being administered. Ohio’s State Test in grade 3 English language arts (ELA) is replacing the third grade reading OAA. There will be two administrations of the grade 3 ELA test. The grade 3 ELA test will meet the requirements of the Third Grade Reading Guarantee. Additional information regarding cut scores will be forthcoming. State Tests Operations Team.
