We played banjo and card games and took walks and roasted hot dogs over an open fire. There was even a fire pit. Here’s some pictures:. View of the deck. There was even a fire pit. Cuttyhunk Island Writers’ Residency. Filed under: Joy's Work. 8212; Administrator at 9:20 am on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. In June I went to the Cuttyhunk Island Writers’ Residency. It was the first year they had the residency, which was located on Cuttyhunk Island, near Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts. I’d never heard of it before. I didn’t get a decent picture of my room, so here’s one from the Avalon website. One night, there was a double rainbow. The beaches are rocky and loaded with wild roses.

How to take wildlife pictures through binoculars. What do you do on a safari in the famous Maasai Mara National Park. In Kenya without a super fancy zoom lens but still wanting to take mesmerizing shots? Answer: point and shoot camera binoculars (ok and a little photo-editing). I have a Canon PowerShot SD1200 IS. I had an idea: what if I could use the binoculars as my zoom lens? It turns out that the PowerShot lens fits perfectly into one of the Olympus Roamer eye-cups – voilà! The queen cleaning herself.

Fun ways to use a mini tote. I find myself constantly using tote bags for carrying stuff to and from work, holding fresh produce from the farmers market, groceries from the store.basically anytime I leave the house I have a tote in hand. Will i ever get to wherever it is that i'm going? It's a new year, and time for new beginnings. This past holiday break was a blast, and has modified my thoughts for the future. I can honestly say that I am having a bright new outlook on things, and I have my extended family and friends to thank for that.I must get back to putting things in order in preparation for this school year.
