Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa. 2 lbs salmon, cut into 4 pieces. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp ground coriander. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 tsp paprika powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp black pepper. 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced. 1 small red onion, sliced. 3 mild hot peppers, seeded and deveined, diced or sliced. Juice from 2 limes. 3 tbsp olive oil. 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro. 2 Pre-heat the grill. 4 Grill the salmon to desired doneness.

Recipe adapted from Delicious Edibles Friend). 1 pkg acimi de pepe macaroni (cooked). 1/2 C pineapple juice. 1 Tbsp lemon juice. 9 oz cool whip. 1- 14oz can pineapple chunks. 1 large can fruit cocktails. 1 For the sauce mix together all the ingredients except lemon juice. Cook it over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Once cooled stir in the lemon juice. 2 In a bowl place the macaroni and mix in the sauce until well coated. Refrigerate overnight. January 31, 2012. Whipped Blueberry Tahini Topping. Propaganda, or you do stay away from the moo juice altogether, this non-dairy topping is worth trying. I really have no idea what I was planning to top. With this, because there wasn't a pancake, waffle, french toast or even angel food or sponge cake in sight, but I think it was time well-spent experimenting for a new brunch idea, or even a delicious impromptu addition to brunch, especially if I ever ran short on creamy topping options. I used one cucumber (peeled), 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup lime juice. I meant to put some mint leaves in there but I forgot.
