My organic garden built with and for my kids. Archive for August, 2011. And we’re off. Ok day 1 of the 52DC is here. And I also started HIAH today. I trimmed back the goals to fit into my plan to continue losing fat while getting stronger and adding muscle. HIAH on paper looks OK. In reality, I felt like puking! And we’re off. Where the hell have I been? A Quick Garden Update. PLP hurts, Plan C is the one for me and a recipe for a friend. A Mid June Garden update……so far so good…. Join 3 other followers.

My organic garden built with and for my kids. A Mid June Garden update……so far so good…. June 14, 2011. Taken at dusk yesterday. The whole picture…. Peas…the srugula has been harvested…sunflowers on the edges. (the broccoli will go here when the peas are done). Carrots and raddish to the left. bush cukes to the right. Peppers with melons to the right (you can see a pumpkin at the end of the pepper row (that might prove a mistake, we will see) and cukes at the end of the melon row). You go all out! A Mid ...

My organic garden built with and for my kids. PLP hurts, Plan C is the one for me and a recipe for a friend. June 21, 2011. I started a custom workout plan designed by a gym buddy. 3 days a week of focused weights with HIIT cardio mixed in. So far the workouts have been great. I feel strong! So knowing that I can have my carb day and look great doing it makes it easier to eat clean all week. That and cutting out the beer…LOL. Avocado, Shrimp, and Endive Salad Gourmet June 2002. Active Time: 20 minutes.

So the tree guy comes tomorrow and I hope to remedy that situation. Now for some more photos! A closer look.beans! My lat...

My organic garden built with and for my kids. Day one of 52DC. June 1, 2011. So in addition to my garden this summer, I decided to enter yet another 52DC. In short the 52DC stands for 52 day challenge. It is a fitness Challenge where you set a certain number of goals for your health and fitness to be tracked over the next 52 days. Why 52 days?
