Kansas City, Missouri. Built by William Alpheus Nettleton in 1899. WILLIAM ALPHEUS NETTLETON was born on October 24, 1863 in Hannibal, Missouri the only child of George Henry and Julia Hearne Nettleton. According to an article in the local newspaper:. Recent Architecture in Kansas City. Ann Nettleton died on May 12, 1919 at the age of 57, and William Nettleton died on August 30, 1926 at the age of 63.
