My My name is Andrew Turner and until January 2013 I was becoming a very frustrated 67 year old marathon runner. I had had two miserable experiences in my last two races and determined to scour the internet in an attempt to sort things out. The result despite an incomplete training schedule was my best run so far. I decided to tell all , hoping it might help other old runners like myself. Maybe what had worked for me might work for them too.
