Wednesday, August 25, 2010. How I spent time in Trondheim . Trondheim, City Center. I wanted to visit in. Since 1997 . when my mom went to the World Championships in Grimstad . she told me that it is very beautiful and unusual country! With nature there is a wonderfull, beautiful woods, wild cliffs and of course the ocean! This year I finally had a chance to make my dream real. Marte Reenaas, my friend, invited me to her house . and she lives in. Local residents called “Trønder”. And compete at WOC!

At the World Championships (foot-o) . the first time in my life! 2 days we were at her house, and then went to. About sport and life in general. Last weekend the season finally started. We took part in the races in Evertsberg in Sweden. Evertsberg is past by the Vasaloppet after about 45 km. On saturday we skied a sprint in the open areas around Evertsberg. It was quite challenging and a lot of misstakes were made. About sport and life in general. Me out running the half marathon (Photo: Mathias Hohl). And did I reach my goals? Well, I did not swim in 40 minutes (but I did not expect such a fight), but I did get in the top 1/4 (actually (1/5) in my age group, almost in to 1/5 th of the total(2500! And I beated my friend Vibeke in the half ironman. with 30 sek. Results and more information about the competitions can be found here: IRONMAN 70.3 Switzerland. Vibeke finished 9th. I am very impressed! Will I do it again?

After a big misstake in the sprint yesterday it felt really great to win to day! To days race was demanding. It was tough physical and the course offered difficult route choices. About sport and life in general. MTB-O world cup in Rättvik. Better late than never, here a short rapport from the MTB-O world cup in Rättvik (Sweden) June 18.-20. Photo: Sven Åke Nordenmark). On Sunday a long distance with mass start and butterfly forking was planned with start at 9:30. Due to problems with the maps the start was postponed first to 10:00, then to 10:30 and 11:00 before they decided to start at 15:00. This meant to go home, eat lunch and warm up again. Disappointed after the long distance.

About sport and life in general. Last international performance, 32 km in scooter tracks, 35 controls. I felt I was flying up the Pagla hill! The two last loops were good both orienteering technically and physically and I climbed from a 8th to a 2nd place. Josefin Engström won the competition, Tove Alexanderson was third. 10 December 2012 at 11:40. You make skiing looks fun. How i wish i know how to, the season is calling me to ski!
