Our company was founded by Francisco Laur, a French immigrant from Loire located at the south of France, who settled in Cruz de Piedra -Maipú at the beginning of 1900. He was pioneer in the cultivation of olive trees in Mendoza as well as the production of extra virgin olive oil. The visitor will go back to the past when he visits the building of our old factory where the extraction was made by cold press, which is now our museum preserving such process in perfect conditions.
