Continuing with my obsession with Seitan :D This week I decided to twist a Tofu recipe around by replacing it with Seitan AND adding other goodies. Bull; 2/3 cup of water. Bull; 3 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Bull; 3 tablespoon of soy sauce. Bull; 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Bull; 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Bull; 3-4 tablespoon of olive oil.

It has jalapeños, bell peppers (red, yellow, and purple), a few habaneros, a couple birds eye chills, and about three or four other heirloom varieties I’m not too familiar with. 2 cloves of garlic.
