The journey begins with one single step
Days 4 - 14. February 14th, 2006 (09:42 am). Days four to 14 were probably the worst so far - barring the nights I had beer, but that is something I will touch on later. Anyhow, I am sure it didn't help that Nick's son was here for the weekend, and my fuse was short. I was none-too-pleasant which thankfully my body just translated into forcing me to be very, very quiet while I hid behind my books. Over and over again, until Nick breaks his concentration and addresses him. Some stuff I wrote about quitting.

Reaching my goals, one step at a time. A losing battle…. January 11, 2017. Towards the end of last year (end of November’ish), I put my back out after one particularly hectic boot camp. Session. And I still have not been able to go back. Sigh… I just can’t seem to win. Anyway, I’m off to the Chiropractor on Monday (had to wait for the New Year so we had new medical aid benefits).
