Notes on Nothing: A Year's Update
http://jewishsceptic.blogspot.com/2010/12/years-update.html
Teetering between Jewish Orthodoxy and Atheism. Sunday, 12 December 2010. It's been a year and a half since my last post. There's so much to tell about what has happened to me since I started telling people I was an atheist. The past year or so has seen many ups, thankfully less downs and has just generally been terriffic. But I had better start at the beginning, or rather, from where I left off. We then all went together to the university organised after-party (strawberries and champagne, anyone? As you...

My Frum Side: November 2008
http://myfrumside.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 29, 2008. So, what kinds of Jewish music do I like? All kinds. Whatever's popular works for me. I've always loved Mordechai ben David and Avraham Fried. Personally, I've always thought Fried was better, but most people I knew thought I was crazy for saying that, so I learned to keep it to myself. Shwekey is incredible, of course. Lots of wannabe Shwekeys out there too, they're alright. Are those three, Dachs, Wald, and Williger, still around? How about kids' tapes? I grew up on Marvelo...

My Frum Side: Recent Thoughts
http://myfrumside.blogspot.com/2009/01/recent-thoughts.html
Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Okay, my humor's nothing to write home about. I hope you all don't mind, but I'm going to get a bit more serious here. And yes, I will be turning off comments for now. My other blog is more of an anti-religious place, while this place can be more pro-religious. I wanted to discuss reasons why I might want to go back on the derech. No, not to get anyone's hopes up, just to clear my head a little. Kind of just play the part, without committing too much? January 23, 2009 at 1:49 PM.

My Frum Side: OTD
http://myfrumside.blogspot.com/2009/01/otd.html
Monday, January 19, 2009. You know, when I go to my dashboard, I see the Ballroom blog, with fairly frequent updates. I see the OTD blog, with even more frequent updates. I see the Haven blog, with updates that happen more often than the time it takes to say the Shema Yisroel backwards (anyone else here love Savta Simcha while growing up? However, today, after much effort, a burst of inspiration hit me and I thought of something that I miss! I miss going OTD! People who go OTD. Lovely thought. :). Anyway...

My Frum Side: December 2008
http://myfrumside.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 22, 2008. Chanuka is one of my favorite holidays. Eight days of fun, with almost no restrictions. Lots of food, lots of presents, what's not to love? Latkes are the best. Doughnuts- not bad, though the icing sugar gets really messy. The songs are great. Cleaning and preparing the candles are a pain in the neck. What's my favorite part of Chanuka? Standing around with family after the candles are lit, just before digging into the latkes. It's a special feeling. Monday, December 15, 2008.

http://myfrumside.blogspot.com/2009/06/just-to-say-that-i-have-nothing-to-say.html
Thursday, June 11, 2009. Just To Say That I Have Nothing To Say :). Yup, it's officially been forever since we posted anything here. Well, I still like the concept of the blog, even if I have nothing to contribute to it. June 16, 2009 at 5:02 PM. My frum side evaporated ages ago. September 24, 2009 at 8:30 PM. LOL I guess mine did too. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Some Frum Blogs I Like. Frum Satire Jewish Comedy. Satmar Has Solved the Secular Studies Problem. Apparently, I'm still remembered.

Notes on Nothing: March 2009
http://jewishsceptic.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Teetering between Jewish Orthodoxy and Atheism. Friday, 20 March 2009. Hey guys, come in. Long time no see, I know, my apologies: but this relationship is a two way thing you know. Your comments get my posts. Ah, maybe that's just me trying to justify my absence, which has been rather long this time. In fact, it's been about 10 weeks long, the entire academic term of my university. Wow, those were long brackets.now go back and read the sentence again whilst excluding the brackets so it makes sense! Ah, I...

Notes on Nothing: The Rabbi
http://jewishsceptic.blogspot.com/2008/09/rabbi.html
Teetering between Jewish Orthodoxy and Atheism. Wednesday, 24 September 2008. Come in" said the smiling face, one hand motioning me inside, the other holding the front door. "You're here for the meeting? Good, he's expecting you, please, come right inside." The answers seemed to follow the questions by themselves, I smile politely and step inside the house, not yet uttering a word. It smells of cooking. Who knows what was being cooked: maybe a chicken, maybe a chulent. I think, as I sit in the chair she'...
